The fourth edition of the ABU Radio Song Festival will take place on April 2016. The chinese capital city will be the host place for the event. Although it is known that CNR (China National Radio) will be the organiser of this concert, the venue that will host the show has not been announced.

RRI (Radio Republik Indonesia), the Indonesian national radio broadcaster has confirmed that has selected its two participants for the ABU Radio Song Festival 2016 with the Bintang Radio Song Festival, which is held annually and which was used as the indonesian national final for this event.

ABU Radio Song Festival 2016 to take place in April

The fourth edition of the ABU TV Song Festival will be celebrated in Beijing on April 26th, in the second day of the Asia Radio 2016 conference, which will take place also in the chinese capital city. As in the past edition, the ARSF aims to show the hidden talent of the performers and bands to all the asian audiences. The event, which was usually celebrated in May, this time, will take place one month before.

ABU TV Cup Song Contest turns into a reallity

The website Eurovoix World, has revealed that the ABU will finally turn the ABU TV Song Festival into a competitive event. The official name of the future contest will be "ABU TV Cup Song Contest" and its first edition will take place in 2017.

May'n who represented Japan in the ABU TV Song Festival 2013, has been confirmed as one of the performers who will be present the Animax Musix 2015, one of the most popular music events in Japan, where the performers and bands related to the japanese animation industry perform.
