A week ago, Doordarshan, the national indian broadcaster, decided to change its performer for their debut at the ABU TV Song Festival 2015. Finally the well known playback singer Sanjeevani Bhelande will be the first indian representative in the event.
Sanjeevani Bhelande, started her career in 1995 after winning a popular TV contest. Then, she started becoming popular after singing songs for many films. Till now, she has released songs in many of the various languages spoken in that country, including Hindi, tamil or telugu. Thanks to her singing skills, she has released many successful regional pop albums and has been awarded several times a the best playback singer.
The name of the song that she will perform in Istanbul is: Radiant Ruby.
Doordarshan, the indian national broadcaster, confirmed its debut in the ABU TV Song Contest in May 2015. In the first week of September, the broadcaster initially selected an unknown band as representatives for the festival, but later, the TV network decided to change its entrant.
