TVNZ, the national broadcaster of New Zealand has confirmed to Eurovoix, that they won't participate in the ABU TV Song Festival 2015.
New Zealand has not taken part in the event since the beginning of the show in 2012. Last year, the broadcaster was contacted by the same website, but TVNZ, confirmed that the would not participate in the festival.
As many other countries, in 2010, New Zealand was going to participate in the Our Sound, song festival. The event aroused the interest of many broadcasters, unfortunatelly, for unknown reasons, the show was totally cancelled.
Till now, 6 countries have confirmed their participation in the ABU TV Song Festival 2015. Indonesia, India, Kazakhstan, Japan, Turkey, and a country within the arab league.
