The call for participation in the ABU TV Song Festival 2015, will end today. The Asia Pacific Broadcasting Union, started the deadline in March. Since then, the interested members of the organisation have been able to confirm their participation in the event.
Till now, three countries have openly confirmed their participation. Turkey, the host country, Indonesia, which is already looking for their entrant song, and Kazakhstan, that confimed yesterday their debut and artist.
between 10 and 15 countries are expected to participate in the four edition of the ABU TV Song Festival. The event, as usual will be a gala concert with no competitive elements.
In 2013, short before the second edition, which took place in Hanoi, rumors were made about the show evolving into a competition, although they have never materialised.
