According to the ABU TV Song Festival facebook account, Palestine and India, both of which are taking part in the ARSF 2015, are also going to participate at the ABU TV Song Festival.
ASBU, the Arab States Broadcasting Union, which has organised the palestinian entrey in the ABU Radio Song Festival 2015, is strongly cooperating with the Asia Pacific Broadcasting Union.
Thanks to its cooperation with ABU, the Arab States broadcasting union has organised the first ever palestinian entry in the ABU Radio Song Festival. The exact arab nation that will participate in the ABU TV Song Festival, is still unknown because the representating artist has not been announced.
Doordarshan, the indian national broadcaster has been taking part in the ABU Radio Song Festival since the very first edition in 2012, which took place in Seoul, but has never intended to participate in its TV counterpart, which is focused in famous or massively popular singers.
With these news, the number of participating countries which have openly confirmed their partipation grows to 5 countries. Indonesia, Turkey, Kazakhstan, India and an arab country.
The same source states that the ABU is also preparing its first dance contest, that will be held in India.
