In Myanmar, Many places could host any of the ABU Song Festivals. As we have seen in previous posts, Yangon has got some of the most famous venues of the country. The Yangon National Theatre and the Yangon Convention Centre are some of them.

The Myanmar Event Park of Yangon, which has been used for events of mass appeal in Yangon could be also a suitable venue for any of the ABU Song Festivals. Till now, this building has been used as the venue for the Myanmar Music Awards and the Myanmar Cinema Awards. Its large seat capacity, makes this venue, suitable even for the upcoming ABU TV Cup Song Contest.

Thuwunna Indoor Stadium of Yangon would be also a suitable venue in order to host the ABU TV Cup Song Contest in case that MRTV was interested to organise it.  This arena is usually used as a sports centre, although it's been also the venue for concerts of K-Pop celebrities such as Girl's Day and 2NE1, both of which have attracted thousands of attendants.

Naypyidaw, the brand new capital city has also created its own infrastructure for convention purposes, such as the Myanmar international convention centre.
