Nauru might participate in the ABU TV Song Festival.

Nauru, one of the smallest contries in the world, located in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, has turned into a full member of the Asia Pacific Broadcasting Union.
As a brand new member of the ABU, Nauru Media, the national broadcaster of this little equatorian island is now, able to participate in both of the ABU TV Song Festival, and the ABU Radio Song Festival.
Nauru is a very little country, with only 21 Square kilometres and 9.500 inhabitants. Two languages are spoken in the country. Nauruan, the autoctonous language is widely spoken, while english is also well known by the inhabitants.

The islands of the Pacific Ocean have increased their cooperation with the Asia-Pacific Broadcasting Union. For example, the Marshall Islands have also entered in the organisation and are also able to participate in the ABU song Festivals.
