Asiavision: A tool for cultural exchange?

The Australian newspaper The Conversation has published an opinion article in which the impact of the future event as a tool for cultural diplomacy is analysed. The article states that Australia and its broadcaster SBS takes de innitiative in order to get closer to the Asian countries.

ABU TV Song Festival 2016: The festival will be held in Bali

According to the ABU  (Asia-Pacific Broadcasting Union), the fifth edition of the ABU TV Song Festival will be held in Bali on October 22. Radio Republik Indonesia and TVRI (Televisi Republik Indonesia), the two indonesian state broadcasters have agreed to celebrate the event in Bali.
