News: Competition for the ABU Radio Song Festival logo.

According to the MRTV and the Eurovoix website, the burmese national broadcaster, and organiser of the Asia Radio 2015 conference, and the ABU Radio Song Festival 2015, will open a competition in order to select the official logo of the show.

Azerbaijan is a country located in the south Caucasus. This country is populated by nearly 9 million inhabitants, being the most populated state in the caucasus region. 

This country is known by the music fans, for being a usual participating country in the Eurovision Song Contest. The state broadcasting company of this country is also known for taking part also in other music events such as Turkvision song Festival.

As a member of the ABU (Asia-Pacific Broadcasting Company), Azerbaijan is elegible to take part in the ABU Song Festivals.

The ABU Radio Song festival website is going to be soon updated.
Since the fist edition of the ABU Radio Song Festival, which was held in Seoul, the south korean capital city, the Asia-Pacific Broadcasting Union has been using the same website for the two editions of the festival taken place so far.

The japanese representants in the ABU TV Song Festival 2012, which took place in Seoul, are going to perform in the SXSW event in Austin, Texas, USA.

Brunei has taken part two times in the ABU TV Song Festival, and has also taken part in the ABU Radio Song Festival, since the start of the history of the event.

The Asia Pacific Broadcasting Union has revealed more details about the Radio Asia 2015 conference, that will be held in Yangon, the former burmese capital city.

The main theme of the convention will be the creative power of the radio and the competition that the broadcasters suffer due to the competition of the other media.

Nepal is a country located in South Asia, more concretely in the Himalaya region. This little but populous land is bordered by India and China. Kathmandu is the capital city of the country, and also, the largest urban space in the country. Nepalese is the state language of the country, and is understood in all the regions of the state. 

The nepalese broadcaster has never intended to participate in the ABU Song Festivals, but since the network is a member of the Asia-Pacific Broadcasting Union, Nepal is elegible to take part in both musical events.

The Maldives is a country located in the middle of the Indic Ocean. The capital city of the country is Male, which is also the biggest city in all the country, and where more than a quarter of the population of all the islands lives. Dhivehi is the state language of the country, which is understood by almost all of the population.
